Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Fern Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
