Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Sable Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
