Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records.
