Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Lantern Construction is a Tulsa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
