Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
