Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Pine Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
