Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
