Lumen Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
