Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Pine Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
