Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Toledo, OH)

Northwind West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
