Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
