Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Toledo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
