Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
