Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Umber Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
