Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
