Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
