Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
