Cedar Sparrow Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
