Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Vista Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
