Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in St. Louis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
