Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Wilder Construction is a St. Louis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
