Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
