Highbridge Bright Financial is a financial-services company in St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit.
