Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
