Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
