Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Spokane with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
