Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
