Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Thistle Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
