Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
