Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Clear Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
