Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
