Northwind Harbor Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling.
