Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
