Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Bright Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
