Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark North Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 342 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
