Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit River Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
