Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Nova Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
