Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
