Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Summit Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Jose focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
