Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Harbor Transit Planning Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
