Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
