Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
