Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
