Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Ashton Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
