Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Summit Cobalt Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
