Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Oak Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
