Harborlight Clear Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
