Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Nova Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
