Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Bright Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
