Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
